May 24, 2012 - The work for Near and Mello was WAY easier at that point , since they knew about the Death Note. L had the chance to investigate only 1 Day knowing there exists a book a Death Note. It is like he already had a plan how to defeat kira by testing the 13 days rule. L wouldve beaten Kira sooner or Later.. and dont forget Kira had help by Rem.. which is quite unfair.
May 1, 2012 - a lot of people hate near but most of them is because of the reason came in the whole thing he came because of L. L died and L is most favo character :D
Apr 30, 2012 - SPOILER ALERT AT ENDING, DON'T READ UNLESS YOU'VE SEEN EP. 37 i don't get why people hate on near and mello. L was my obvious favorite, but near was adorable, and mello and near avenged L's death, plus they proved L's deduction to be correct. Therefore, they restored L's name, for all those who thought that L had finally slipped up.

Apr 18, 2012 - The longest you can stay alive after your names been written is 28 days. And although he could change the details of the death, he couldn't go beyond the date that is 28 days after his names been written.
Apr 18, 2012 - Isn't it stated in the Death Note rules that by double crossing out data from the Death Note, except names, you can still alter the future? Why wouldn't L prolong his life by one day every day to make sure he wouldn't die after those 28 days? Also, why didn't he write down a longer period in the first place?
